To kick off our Thanksgiving Activities, we introduce a fun game with minimal supplies need.

Apple Paring Game

Children should love the fun and challenge this game brings, and there is an added bonus... a delicious apple pie.


WHAT YOU NEED:

• Potato peelers
• Paring knives
• Apples

HOW TO PLAY:

Using the peeler (peelers for the kids, knives for the adults), see who can create the longest unbroken strip of apple skin from their apples. For an additional challenge, see who can produce one that is both the narrowest and longest.

Thanksgiving activities like the one above can bring enjoyment to the entire family as everyone participates and has a great time.
